What counts as a message
Each question the agent answers counts towards the month, including the test questions you ask in the dashboard.
What happens at the cap
When the month's allowance is used, the agent tells visitors it will answer again next month and offers them a person if you allow it. Nothing is charged beyond it.
Why it says it does not know
If nothing in its sources is close enough to the question, it says so instead of guessing. Add a page or your own text that answers the question, then read everything again.
Who pays for the model
Each answer's AI model usage is paid from your AI credit, or from your own provider key if you have connected one.
Switch it off without losing anything
Turn off Answering visitors to pause the agent; its status reads Switched off. Its sources and settings stay as they are.
