What does the AI chat agent answer from?
Only from its own sources: the pages of your site, a website it has crawled, and any text you have written for it. It links the page each answer came from, and says it does not know when none of its sources answers the question.
Will the chat agent slow my website down?
It is designed not to. Until a visitor clicks, it is one small script that draws a button, makes no network request and cannot shift your layout.
Which languages does the chat agent answer in?
It replies in the language the visitor writes in, and its own buttons and messages are available in 58 languages.
Is the AI model included in the chat agent's monthly price?
No. The monthly price covers the agent on one site with up to 2,000 answered messages a month. The model usage behind each answer is paid from your AI credit, or by your own provider key if you connect one.
Does the chat agent work on a site that is not hosted with you?
It is added to a site in your Zinn Digital® account. The snippet works on any web address you list, and a website crawl can read any public site.
What does the AI website builder produce?
A complete static website: HTML pages, one stylesheet and only the JavaScript it needs, with titles, descriptions and social tags on every page and no third-party scripts or fonts.
Can I edit a site the builder made?
Yes. Rebuild it from a changed brief, or open any file of the draft and edit it directly. Nothing changes on your live site until you publish again.
Which AI tools can connect to the MCP server?
Claude Code and Cursor connect directly, and Claude Desktop connects through Zinnector®. ChatGPT is not supported yet, because its connectors sign in only with OAuth.
Can an AI tool delete something by mistake?
Each connection can only use the permissions you gave it, destructive actions need an explicit confirmation, and every call is recorded in your audit log. You can revoke a connection at any time.
Is anything free with Zinn Digital® hosting?
The MCP server, the Ask Zinn® assistant and the AI migration agent come with every account at no charge, and every account gets a one-time welcome credit for the site builder. The chat agent is a monthly add-on per site.
